Peach & Oatmeal Smoothie

No time for breakfast? Think again! This Peach & Oatmeal Smoothie is quick, easy and delicious!


  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Additional peach slice, for garnish (optional)


  1. Place the oatmeal in a blender. Cover and process until the oatmeal resembles flour. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and process until fully combined.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into serving glasses. Garnish with a peach slice, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
