Switch up your smoothie routine with this Peach-Banana Oatmeal Smoothie! It's an easy and delicious way to start your day!


  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and broken in half
  • 10 frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 1 tsp. honey


  1. Place the oatmeal in a blender. Cover and process until the oatmeal resembles flour. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and process until fully combined.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving glass. Serve immediately.
