Greek Tzatziki Dip Recipe

Prep Time 20 mins Yields 16 oz     adjust servings

This tasty dip is super easy to make and is great on so many things.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed shredded cucumber
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey if desired. {depending on your brand of yogurt it can be quite tart!}

Instructions

  1. If you don't have Greek, you can strain regular plain yogurt with a cheesecloth. You do not want it to be runny. I also squeeze all the moisture out of my shredded cucumber with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Add the cucumber, garlic and lemon juice to the yogurt. Mix well.
  3. Taste and add the honey if needed.
