Orange & Ginger Scones

Many of you know that I'm not a breakfast eater .... at least not at breakfast time. I do however, like some breakfast food for dinner ... and if by some rare chance I have something other than toast and coffee for breakfast, it's probably something like these Orange & Ginger Scones.

Today, you can find me over at Kathe with an E (click her name to be taken to her site) .... her father-in-law passed away on Thanksgiving morning, and I offered to help her out with a post while her family grieves. Stop on by with some words of support and encouragement - and lots of hugs ... while you're there, grab this recipe for Orange & Ginger scones! See ya over there!

  8. Loooove scones! We've started doing the English thing and eating one about 3:30 in the afternoon -- we actually do schedule it to remind us that we need a break since we are "work from homers". Scones are the reward! They are good anytime of day!
