One Pot Goulash - Guest Post

Today, you can find me Guest Posting over at Kathe with an E. If you've never checked our her blog, you should! She also hosts a fun party called "You're Gonna Love It" on Tuesday's!

When I think of Fall, I think of comfort food. I am reminded of my Grandma's kitchen and all the wonderful things she made with love. I can only hope that one of these days, my own children and grandchildren will look at me and my kitchen with those same fond memories.

One of my family's favorite meals is this goulash. I love that it's an easy, one pot meal ... my family loves that it's tasty! Served with a side salad and some garlic bread, it's an easy meal the whole family will love!

I do hope you'll drop by and check out my recipe for goulash. Be sure to tell Kathe "hello" while you're there! Snoop around her blog and see all the great things she has posted! Some of my favorite posts from her blog are Chicken in the Chips {recipe}Tea with My Mother (make sure you have a kleenex for that one), Coconut Maple Bacon CupcakesSkillet Penne & Sausage Supper ... and Kathe has some of the most beautiful tablescapes! She also finds some of the coolest stuff thrifting! Seriously, check out her blog .... Lots of great stuff over there! :)

Click HERE to go to the recipe.

I hope you enjoy!

Shared at these fun parties!

  7. This makes me remember my grandma. She passed earlier this year, but goulash was always one of her staples. I don't think I've had it in years! Thanks for the inspiration.

  9. I made this tonight and it was FAN-stinkin-TASTIC! Speaking of "stinkin", I used to call the schools Goulash, "Galoshes" like the boot, because I thought it was stinky and gross. This ain't no Elementary School lunch, we absolutely loved it. May I share it on my blog sometime????

  11. Thanks for the goulash recipe. My mom used to make this when we were kids. She died a few years ago and I couldn't find the recipe in any of her cookbooks.....probably just one of those dishes she made from memory. Thanks also for the great trip down memory lane! Cheers, Naomi

I love reading your comments. Thanks so much for taking the time to read and respond. With so many no-reply comments, it has become nearly impossible to repsond via email. I try to answer all of my readers in the comment section, and you may not be notified that I have responded. If you would like to see my response, you will need to come back and check the post! Thanks! :)
