Menu Plan Monday {5-21-12} and a GIVEAWAY

Welcome to Menu Plan Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm so excited for the post today! I'm hosting my first giveaway and I cannot wait for someone to win it! On Friday, I won my first blog giveaway - a 12-pk. of Pepsi over at Oh, Bite It! and I'm  looking forward to making Amy's Pepsi Brownies and Pepsi Pulled Pork with it! Yay :)

Here's what I'll be cooking at my house this week:

Breakfast Monday - Friday: Cereal, Grits or Oatmeal

Lunch all week: Leftovers, Soup, Sandwiches or Boxed Mac and Cheese

Monday - Salmon Patties, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Creamed

          Corn, Herbed Rolls

Tuesday - Cheesy BBQ Sloppy Joes, Baked Fries, Fruit

Wednesday - Chicken and Corn Chowder, Garlic-Cheddar

          Biscuits

Thursday - Filipino Chicken Adobo, Steamed Rice, Broccoli,

          Egg Rolls

Friday - Homemade Supreme Pizza Rolls, Fruit

Saturday - (B) Homemade Chocolate Chunk Donuts with

          Chocolate Glaze, Fruit

     (D) Grilled Hot Dogs on Buns, Mac and Cheese, Baked

          Beans

Sunday - (B) All-In-One Breakfast Buns, Fruit

     (D) Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Green

          Beans, Rolls, Strawberry Shortcakes
