We have another crazy week ahead. Our family is heading out to California on Friday to visit with the Mister's family during Spring Break. It always seems like there is so much to do before vacation ... and no matter how many times you check and recheck (and recheck) your to-do list, we always worry that we've forgotten something. Surely, I am not alone in my thinking. ;)
I've tried to keep the menu fairly easy on myself again this week. Between moving to a new house and getting ready for vacation, most days seem like utter chaos lately. So simple is best! Also, knowing I have some days ahead that I won't have to cook ... I'm almost beside myself in anticipation! :)
Here's what we're having this week:
M - Fish Sticks, Coleslaw, Corn, Hushpuppies
T - Grilled Burgers, Oven Baked Fries, Fruit of Choice
W - Broccoli Cheese Soup from browneyedbaker
R - Burritos, Mexican Rice, Side Salad
F - In California
S - In California
N - In California
